Rental Rules

It is the responsibility of the person or organization hiring this inflatable equipment to ensure that all possible precautions are taken to avoid injury to persons or damage to the inflatable. Be sure to follow the following safety instructions:

1. Do not eat, drink or chew gum on or around the inflatable. This will prevent the risk of suffocation and keep the unit clean. (Please note that if the inflatable is picked up dirty, the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge).

2. Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to prevent injury to persons using the equipment and damage to the inflatable.

3. No face paint, party poppers, colored streamers or silly strings are permitted for use on or near the inflatable. (Please note that these products will cause damage to the inflatable that cannot be repaired).

4. DO NOT smoke on or around the inflatable.

5. There are NO barbecues around the inflatable.

6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and should not be allowed.

7. A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

8. Always make sure the inflatable is not overcrowded and limit the number based on the age and size of the children using it. Try to avoid big and small children from using it at the same time.

9. Make sure children do not push, bump, fight or behave in a way that could hurt or cause distress to others.

10. Pets, toys or sharp instruments are not allowed on the inflatable at any time.

11. Do not allow anyone to bounce off the front safety step as this is dangerous.

12. Do not allow anyone on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation, as this is DANGEROUS.

13. Please make sure the children are not doing somersaults and that they are dressed appropriately and nothing falls out of their pockets.

14. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: DO NOT allow children to play on the inflatable without adult supervision.

15. Adult supervision is necessary to enforce these rules for the safe operation of the inflatable.

16. A responsible person over the age of 18 must supervise each inflatable at all times.

17. Any soft play and/or other hired equipment must also be supervised by a responsible adult.

18. Inflatables must be secured to the ground at all times. The equipment must not be moved or repositioned.

19. No food or drinks should be consumed on the inflatable (to avoid suffocation and mess).

20. All shoes, badges, and jewelry (e.g., large earrings, necklaces, etc.) must be removed to prevent damage to equipment and injury to other users. It is recommended that you also remove your glasses.

21. Make sure the equipment is not overcrowded and limit the number based on the age and size of children using it according to the recommendations printed on the equipment (on or near the front step of most inflatables).

22. Do not allow children to pick up any hard or sharp objects on the equipment, or anything large enough to block the exits/entries.

23. Do not allow children to place balloons on the equipment (popped balloons and strings may present a choking hazard).

24. Party poppers, henna, face paint, colored streamers or "silly strings" may not be used near or on the equipment as they may permanently stain the unit, for which you are responsible.

25. Water or other liquid must not be poured or sprayed on the equipment (other than a reasonable amount for cleaning purposes) as it makes the surface of the inflatables slippery, damages soft play and may result in cancellation. of later reservations if the equipment is too wet to be delivered. If equipment is deliberately soaked you will be charged double the rental fee to cover our costs on subsequent canceled bookings and drying time.

26. Inflatables should not be used in wind or wind gusts over 20 mph. Inflatables should not be used in heavy rain. The equipment is not to be used in Thunder Storms.

27. Smoking, barbecues, glasses or animals on or near the equipment are prohibited.

28. Reckless or boisterous behavior should not be permitted.

29. Avoid allowing older and younger children to use the equipment at the same time.

30. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls is dangerous and should not be allowed.

31. Children should use the slides one at a time and should not climb the sides of the slide.

32. Slides should be used in a seated position, feet first; Don't let him jump from the top of the slide.

33. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step/skirt of the inflatables. The step is there to help users get on and off.

34. Anyone with a history of back or neck problems should not be allowed to ride inflatables.

35. Do not allow users to ride on inflatables during inflation or deflation.

36. If the inflatables are not going to be used for any part of the day, turn off the mains fans. IMPORTANT: If you are operating more than one blower with a single extension cord, you must unplug all but one blower before turning them back on, connecting the remaining blowers one at a time only when each inflatable or piece is fully inflated.

37. In case of rain, remove children from the inflatables and place a table or similar object over the blowers to prevent water from entering the inside of the inflatables. Do not turn off the blower(s). Once the rain has stopped, make sure the entrance and exit of the inflatables are towel-dried before the kids can get back on, as they become slippery when wet.

38. Make sure the vent on the side of the blower is clear at all times.

39. If a blower overheats or loses power, immediately remove children from the inflatable and turn off the blower from the mains. It should restart when turned back on 1 or 2 minutes later. If not, inform us at number 2087619718 or 2085709132
